Ingredients
- 100 gr whole cane sugar Dulce Palena®
- 40 leave(s) peppermint
- 200 ml white rum
- 10 limes (their juice)
- ice to taste

Instructions
- In a mortar (or masher) put all the ingredients in the following order: peppermint, whole cane sugar and lemon juice.
- Mash well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Put this mixture in a glass full of ice add the rum and enjoy!
