- 1/2 cup(s) dehydrated coconut
- 1 cup(s) rice
- 3 cup(s) water
- 2 tbsp(s) powdered whole cane sugar
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 1/4 cup(s) diced mango
- 1/4 cup(s) diced walnuts

Instructions
- Mix the rice with the coconut, add the water, salt and whole cane sugar and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Add the mango and walnuts, mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
