Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut in cubes
- 4 tbsp(s) butter
- 1 tbsp(s) parsley and thyme finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Salt and pepper the chicken cubes and saute in a tablespoon of butter.
- When they are browned remove from heat.
- In the same pan pour 3 tablespoons butter and let brown.
- Add the balsamic whole cane sugar sauce to the chicken cubes.
- Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Serve garnished with herbs.
