      Ingredients
      • 1/4 tsp(s) garlic salt
      • 1/2 tsp(s) mustard
      • 1/2 tbsp(s) tomato sauce (ketchup)
      • 1/4 tsp(s) soy sauce
      • 2 lbs pork ribs
      • 1 tbsp(s) oil
      • Whole cane sugar with prunes sauce (see notes)
      Servings: people
      Instructions
      1. Marinate the pork ribs with all the ingredients and let it rest for 5 minutes.
      2. Fry the ribs over medium heat.
      3. Add the whole cane sugar and prune sauce and bring to a boil for three minutes.
