- 3 sweet peppers red
- 1/2 cup(s) whole cane sugar Dulce Palena ®
- 1/4 cup(s) water
- 1 tbsp(s) vinager

Instructions
- Clean the sweet peppers, remove the seeds and cut in pieces.
- Boil the sweet pepper pieces with the water and vinegar for 10 minutes.
- Blend the mixture.
- Put the mixture back in the pot with the cinnamon and boil until desired consistency.
