      Ingredients
      • 1/2 cup(s) whole cane sugar syrup Dulce Panela
      • 1 cup(s) carrots cuts into juliennes
      • 1/2 cup(s) red sweet peppers cuts into juliennes
      • 1/2 cup(s) yellow sweet peppers cuts into juliennes
      • 3/4 cup(s) green peas
      • 1/2 cup(s) Purple cabbage finely chopped
      • white onion cuts into juliennes
      • salt and pepper to taste

      Instructions
      1. Put the green peas and cabbage in hot water for a few minutes (each in a separate pot) .
      2. Meanwhile, pour the whole cane sugar syrup in a wok over medium heat and add the vegetables, even the green peas and cabbage.
      3. Add salt and pepper to taste and saute the vegetables for three minutes.
      4. Confirm the vegetables are crisp and sweet at the point you want.
