      Ingredients

      • 400 gr wheat flour
      • 1/2 tsp(s) baking powder
      • 200 gr whole cane sugar Dulce Palena®
      • 4 egg yolk
      • 1 tbsp(s) salt
      • 250 gr butter
      Filling ingredients
      • 1 kg apples
      • 4 limes (their juice)
      • 4 oranges (their juice)
      • 4 tbsp(s) wheat flour
      • 250 gr whole cane sugar Dulce Palena®
      • 1/2 tbsp(s) whole cane sugar powder
      • 1 pinch(s) salt
      Streusel Ingredients
      • 150 gr whole cane sugar Dulce Palena®
      • 150 gr wheat flour
      • 150 gr almond powder
      • 150 gr butter

      Instructions
      Begin with the filling
      1. Pour the apples slices and lime juice in a bowl.
      2. After 5 minutes, remove the lime slices and add the orange juice.
      3. Add the whole cane sugar and cinnamon and mix.
      4. Take half of the apples, cut them in cubes cook them over medium heat until a puree-like consistency is formed.
      5. Pour into the previous mix and put away.
      Continue with the Srteusel
      1. Mix all the ingredients.
      2. Cut in irregular pieces.
      Prepare the dough
      1. Mix on a flat surface the salt, flour and whole cane sugar.
      2. Make a hole in the centre and pour the lightly melted butter and the egg yolks.
      3. Knit the dough.
      4. With the help of a rolling pin extend the dough on a flat surface.
      5. Put the dough in a greased and floured pan.
      6. Cover the pan with the dough and cut any excess.
      7. Fill with the apple mixture.
      8. Cover with the whole cane sugar streusel.
      9. Put into a 180º pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes.
