- 1/2 tsp(s) baking powder
- 200 gr whole cane sugar Dulce Palena®
- 4 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp(s) salt
- 250 gr butter
Filling ingredients
- 1 kg apples
- 4 limes (their juice)
- 4 oranges (their juice)
- 4 tbsp(s) wheat flour
- 250 gr whole cane sugar Dulce Palena®
- 1/2 tbsp(s) whole cane sugar powder
- 1 pinch(s) salt
Streusel Ingredients
- 150 gr whole cane sugar Dulce Palena®
- 150 gr wheat flour
- 150 gr almond powder
- 150 gr butter

Instructions
Begin with the filling
- Pour the apples slices and lime juice in a bowl.
- After 5 minutes, remove the lime slices and add the orange juice.
- Add the whole cane sugar and cinnamon and mix.
- Take half of the apples, cut them in cubes cook them over medium heat until a puree-like consistency is formed.
- Pour into the previous mix and put away.
Continue with the Srteusel
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Cut in irregular pieces.
Prepare the dough
- Mix on a flat surface the salt, flour and whole cane sugar.
- Make a hole in the centre and pour the lightly melted butter and the egg yolks.
- Knit the dough.
- With the help of a rolling pin extend the dough on a flat surface.
- Put the dough in a greased and floured pan.
- Cover the pan with the dough and cut any excess.
- Fill with the apple mixture.
- Cover with the whole cane sugar streusel.
- Put into a 180º pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes.
